​•How Do I Place An Order?

 

Click on the "add to cart" button for the product(s) you want. Once you're ready to checkout, simply click on the shopping bag icon that is located on the top-right side of the page, next to your account icon.  From there, you can checkout, choose your shipping method and enter your shipping and payment information.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation after you have successfully placed an order. If you have a shop account, you can also check your order history from there. 

 

•Payment and Shipping

 

I ship once your payment has cleared, and from there the processing and shipping times begin.  Packages are shipped twice a week on  Tuesdays and Fridays only, with 1-2 processing days to package orders.  For example, if you place an order on Monday, and your payment is cleared, your order will either be sent on Tuesday or Friday that week. If you place an order on Wednesday, your order will ship on Friday that same week.  If you need your package by a specific date, please send a message through the contact page, or e-mail me, and I can let you know how to proceed.

•Returns and Refunds

 

I gladly accept returns, just contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship returns back to me within 5 business days of delivery.

​

I do not accept exchanges nor cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


The following items cannot be returned nor exchanged due to the nature of the items:

 

~custom or personalized orders, meaning any items modified for your preference.

~final sale items
