I have seen many designers using lab created(synthetic) topaz and listing them as genuine and flawless on Etsy. There is no such thing as an inexpensive, clean topaz at a substantial size. I acquire this beauty nearly two decades ago at a NYC trade show and have never come across anything remotely like it since making this truly a very rare piece.

This magnificent gem measures at spectacular 46mm in length and 17mm in width at the widest part with a depth of 12mm and is accentuated with a granulated artisan bead of solid 18K at 7mm of solid gold weight, not hollow. 

To complete the look the pendant and accent bead sways from handcrafted links of solid 18k with substantial weight measuring at 4.25mm in width at a length of 18".
